Overview:
This option is for you if your life is cycling. You are either racing professionally, or aspire to be a professional cyclist, or you are performance driven and want to analyse the numbers and performance gains as often as possible.
- Your program will be communicated to you via Training Peaks and you would need:
- Quality Heart Rate Monitor, preferably a Garmin or Wahoo.
- Power meter on all the bikes you use.
- Indoor Smart Trainer (not compulsory, but handy)
- Zwift Account (not compulsory, but handy)
- Strava
Your program will be designed on a day-to-day basis taking into consideration your racing schedule, training stress, form and what is happening in your life.
Communication:
- Take-on online meeting.
- Daily WhatsApp, Email, Training Peaks Comments, Call.
- Weekly progress report presented to you online.
